I can't figure out how to attach a photo to a PM so in response to a query I have attached a photo of the angle plate here. It has been claimed.

    Test ride.

And that's all that matters.:) I love the look of whole bike, my query on the filter wasn't criticism it was just a query. I was thinking a guard of chrome powder coat gloss black small mesh expanded metal grill would be in keeping with the theme.

Wait for one hour, start the test, U4 is displayed, check the fault code is a communication fault, according to the network query, power off and restart the fault code. Now we are gradually investigating the cause of the failure! I think it's minor. I'll keep you posted

What inserts do you like and why?

Perfect John! Exactly what I have been after! Especially the versatility of turn, face, and plunge. I've liked off shore Trigons for turning and facing, but they won't plunge - at least not on my machine. If I could find a good tool and inserts that would be versatile, last long enough to be...

    Non smoking coolant

LOL...you query brought back a memory I had of "trying to cut costs" a few years ago. We used a soft waxy industrial substance to lube pipe joint rubber rings in the water & sewer installation business...so, after running out of water soluble lube at home I brought a tube of the rubber lube...

Query from 'down market'.... :) I have a milling attachment for my 7x14 Chinese mini-lathe but no cutters yet. ER32 Collet faceplate and collets to hold the tools. What should I buy to get started? Keeping in mind the low power (500 watt motor) and lack of rigidity of the whole setup, I expect...
